My Verizon experience today:

I went to the Glen Burnie Verizon store just to get a car charger for my company phone. I stood in line to pay for a few minutes when I was asked what my number was.

My number? My phone number?

No.

Apparently you need a number to get waited on. I just wanted to pay for the damned charger......I put on my Epic Beard Man face :D and they rang me up pretty quickly.
