Graham, Just get Josh in the front of the boat and let him sling that 5lb sledge around he needs the work out being laded up all last year. Good luck if you make it out but they are calling for the wind to blow tomorrow. I know I’m ready to get back on the water.

Terp - I was thinking the same thing. All we need to do is be the second guy at the ramp!

Steve - Sadly enough, i think all the guys i fish with could use the exercise... What is the "wind" you speak of??

The bridge is listed in charts at 10 feet vertical clearance. Tides have been on the low side all week and I would expect that to continue as long as the wind keeps blowing from the W/NW as it is forcast for the next couple days.
The ramp at Tri-State marina in Deale is open.....puts you out in the same part of the Bay and no bridges to worry about.

Hey, I think we passed you at the ramp. We were in the sea hunt dual console. Not sure how you did. We didnt catch a thing. Didnt even really mark anything. I almost waved you over to tell you, but figured if it was me, i would still go. But i would just be less excited. haha

Hope they showed up for you.

I have used the ramp at Chesapeake beach a few times. I have a hard top and radar and never had a problem getting under the bridge. Don’t put up your antennas up or rods in the rocket launchers. Out riggers down. I always have some one watching me as I approach never really feels safe. Always cleared with 3’ or so of clearance . I also still get gitters when I tow on roads with a lot of bridges.

Go catch some fish guys

Yeah that was me. We had the same luck. 35 deg. water temps don't lead to many bites!
