Hey Mark,
I'll take 10 of the 2nd one down in the middle. Man they do look nice but I thought Shawn had a patten on those colors. :D |
Those won't work. :D
|
Those jig heads look GREAT Mark but I saw Walleye Pete slam the fish with just unpainted lead jig heads. He doesn't believe in paint. Do you really thing it makes a BIG difference?..........Gary

MLAG the paint jobs on those look great. I love the contrasting colors. I think the contrasting colors makes a difference someday. What color blue is that?

It doesn't matter when the fish are biting. It's all about getting reaction strikes. Color, action, rod sensitivity, etc. etc. etc. are all about catching them when it's tough. |

Man those sure are some purdy looking "trolling" lures you got there.........:D
You have to have painted great looking lures.. As Deion sanders says "when you look good...you feel good... when you feel good...you play good!"......nuff said......:D |
How the hell are you going to hook a live Spot on those ? :p:D

Shouldn't that spot be candy-corn colored? :D
|
Had the same feelings as Skip.
Gary....we know his top secret techniques. That was a well used Spot. Short hit possible.. notice lack of scales under the tiggerific paint..not the dye. It was hit, (that Spot pooped itself) on a Circle hook that may have been too deep and too far back. It happened about 2 1/2 hours before he applied the paint to it. This happened in the northern Bay probably early July, small Spot 6-7" (using the dye bottle as scale). It was either a small Rock that yakked the bait, or it was Phil trying to catch his first 30" er LL'ing..got over excited and tried to set the hook. I believe the latter happened as Phil was out of school, and I know of no other rookies fishing with Mark in July last year. :D Jim |
