Yes, that is me with a Mangrove Snapper in one hand and a spear gun in the other! :eek: And some very happy Pelicans in Don's backyard. :)

Margaret having a terrible time. I blame it on the dirty, ugly water! Very similar to the Chester River after a thunderstorm. :D

I never get tired of seeing the color of that water. Thanks for the pic's; I know you are loving it down there.
Here's hoping that you have light winds and great fishing for your offshore venture today.
Tell Don to get a few of those lobsters out of the freezer; they go great with an Orange Crush.

The water there is beautiful. I finally got my wife to go on an off shore trip in the keys with me a year ago and she loved it. She couldn't believe the colors of the Mahi when we were bringing them to the boat. Sitting on the porch at Lazy Days eating our fish that evening was almost as relaxing.

If the wait hasn't been long enough! One more week and I'll be heading that way!

Has a great time with Jeff, Margaret, Jim & Molly here in Paradise. We have had some real swings in temps lately and shocked the bejesus out of the fish in the all of the near shore areas; both gulf and ocean side. Good part of the day on Mon was a boat ride as we searched for some willing snapper but final stop put us on the right current with some hungry Mangrove snapper. First few stops allowed everyone to perfect their technique and the fish didn't have a chance when we found them. Couldn't keep Jeff from trading in his fishing rod for the speargun but he does have the knack for it:D.
