Ready to go!!!
I ran my boat for the first time in 2010 today. No fishing gear on board but it was good to get the cobb-webs off the Honda. Water temps at the bay bridge were about 36 degrees. We need some sun and warm days. No ospreys in the nests yet either. :)

Way to go !
I am hoping for the temps to improve a little bit more before I drop mine it...Its an inboard so I like to be a little extra careful....Hopefull I can get it in by mid march.... Would be great to welcome day light savings time, warm temps, and the Bay all in a day.... |
I'm hoping to get out this Saturday to see if I can find some of those fish I was on before all this snow hit. I see they are calling for the temps to be right aorund 50* it wount be long now.....

Havent' had my boat out since Jan 27!!!!......Can't take it much longer.......:(
|
Won't be long now....

Don't get too comfortable with a few days of 50 degree weather. We still got some cold weather ahead with a storm on the horizon. Water is still very cold and it's going to be about two weeks behind normal so sit tight..........Gary

Is it legal to go out on a boat without fishing gear ? :D
Glad your shakedown cruise went well. |
