Late report from north of the bridge

Fished Thursday with a buddy from Louisville and a guy buddy from here. Thankfully we decided to go out early. Off Love Point we had 32" rock in the box by 7:20 on a hose!!! I said "if we were smart, we would pick up now" but they thought it was the start of an awesome day. Well it was a lovely day on the bay, they all are. We ran down and had a GREAT lunch at Kentmorr then back up to the triple bouys and points north. Caught a handful of short fish for the rest of the day.

Fished with No Ragrets yesterday. Got a later start because we weren't supposed to fish but due to a no show, plans changed and we still hit the water around 7:30. Fished the mouth of the Chester trolling hoses, spoonbrellas, BFGS, and Tony's. Caught a 20.1" which actually got released since it was the only keeper and about 7 short short fish. Lots of grass so check your baits. TONS of bait inside the river with nothing touching it from above or below. Heard it's like this all over the bay right now.

Planning to try way South next Sat. Fishing our way to Hoopers Island area so any Southern Intel would be appreciated.......
