Custom Starboard work

Just received a custom lead tray I had built by Sea Snell of THT fame. Incredible workmanship. I can't recommend this guy highly enough - he built a custom tray for under the helm seat on the Judge and now this for the Markley - both were less than a $100 a piece.

Go to your local giant food and ask them to save their old cutting boards for you. They have to change them out every so often and will gladly give them to you rather then go in dumpster. The knife marks sand out with a palm sander. Granted oat of the boards are 1/2"-3/4" though. I gave gotten them on several occasions.

Not local to Howard County but a good excuse to drive to the Eastern Shore. I replaced all the teak on the 24Grady I had before I wised up. :D (sorry Skip).
Harbor Sales in Sudlersville,MD. A 4'x8' sheet was about the same as a 12"x18" piece at West Marine. It's worth a phone call at least - see attached.

I can remember on TF - 2-3 guys buying a 4 x 8 sheet and splitting cost based on how much of it they took.

Not quite as nice as Starboard but close - is Azek trim board. Most lumber yards carry it in 8 ,10 or 12 '' wide x 3/4 thick. Think you have to buy 18 foot lengths - never hurt to ask if they'll cut it.
