Celebrating Shark Week with Mikey:)
 

Mike (garlien) had a great time fishing up north catching big rockfish, blues, and sharks:eek: He was kind enough to give me a Mako Shark steak:)

I have never eaten Mako before, so I didn't realize it was such a treat:D

The wife looked up a couple recipes online and we marinated the steak and cooked it in the oven (too much trouble to get the grill started as it is not propane).

DELICIOUS

We had a little rice (remember I just got back from Japan) with corn mixed in; some fresh watermelon, and cherry tomatoes from the garden. YUM

Add a cold Gin n Tonic and it was a sweet meal. Thanks Mikey, Don's not the only one eating good food from the sea:D:D
