Outlet of the Magothy thurs evening
 

Hi guys,

I took my daughter (and some suggestions from Garlien) out lastnight to the mouth of the Magothy to try some perch & spot fishing. As soon as we got there the phone rang and so we went back to the dock to pick up my fiance<LOL>. Finally we got anchored and threw in....my daughter had said she didn't want to fish but wanted to crab instead. Once we got there she decided she wanted to take MY rod and fish. See why I can't catch any fish? We had only brough 2 rods so the girls each caught some little strippers, perch and spot and finally under threat of being tossed overboard, I managed to get control of a rod(it wasn't really like that but it makes a better story that way) and was able to land a few of my own for a change. One time I thought I had a keeper but it turned out to be a perch up high and a stripper on the bottom hook...both hooked at the same time which made me think it was a bigger fish.

It was a beautiful evening though and the sunset was gorgeous....we docked right after sunset and got home and cleaned up...hopefully I'll be able to get back out Saturday since I have things to do at home tonight.
