11/9..Finished early again !
 

Got out at 7am today. As soon as we hit the river the GD wind kicked up again!!!!:mad::mad:
We got to our "honey hole" to find it vacant:eek: Made a few passes only to be skunked :confused: We kept at it for awhile and in the meantime some WS boats showed up. On one pass, one of our side rods was hit hard!
A nice 26" in the box. We turned around and at the same spot, 4 rods went off :D:D. From 0 to 5 in 5 minutes!! We called in a friend but they didn't come over. We made a few more passes and wound up with our limit in no time. The largest was 34 1/2" caught by Willie Roe. We did some C&R on the way in and had a total of 21 fish boated for the day. There was two sets of doubles and NO undersized fish today. I saw Marty on The Patent Pending but I don't know how they did since we left early.
We have a party tomorrow and I hope we can repeat todays success.
Hint. If you ain't dragging bottom...you ain't catchin' these fish.

I heard how the other fellas did.......Just keep smiling and thanking the fishing Gods cuz they weren't watching over too many other boats today. :eek:
