A Day Late!! 5/04 Report
 

I'd say that's the story of my life, but I've seen both sides so it's all good!! Didn't feel that good yesterday though...:(

Got a first hand report on Tuesday that it was wide open in the Solomon's area, so I got a crew together and was raring to go on Wednesday. Caught a 39 and a 40 fairly quickly and thought we were off to the races. Well, turns out it was far from being wide open!! We scratched out a limit of nice fish, but definitely had to work for them. Crazy what a difference a day makes. Was it the weather, did they gorge themselves on Tuesday and not want to eat yesterday, or are they steady on the move? Who knows...

From the reports I've read here and the people I talked with yesterday, I think it was just an off day. My friend that fished Tuesday kept texting me pictures and said it was just insane! Who knows, maybe all his pictures were the same fish just taken from different angles and at different times during the day! :eek:

I have friends like that:D
