WHFS is back
97.5 fm for those of us into that kind of "progressive" music back in the 90's.
Still playing a LOT of the same songs/bands that they aired a lot back then. |
That's a great station.
Listen to WRNR and the one broadcast from Towson University, WTMD also. http://wtmd.org/radio/ The same old crap on the "local" stations gets old real fast. Try streaming LastFM on the PC. It is like XM I believe. You can type in you style of music, comedy, whatever. http://www.last.fm/listen/ . |
Now , if only the Greaseman would come back.

My musical tastes have changed a lot....same with my taste in food, beer and a ton of other things. I mean...I still like the old punk rock, McD's fries and Genny Cream Ale, but their not my "must haves" anymore. :D |

I typed in The Jeff Healey Band I like all the songs associated with that type of music.
Also Southern Rock, Rockabilly or whatever. Try Brian Regan for some stand up comedy. :D . |
Sweet! Both Kate and I will be thrilled to tune in.
As for the Grease, I can still remember one particular crack from "the morning quiz". One needs to be familiar with the Grease to get this but it went like this: Q: How do you tell that you've been in the Grease's favorite fishing spot? A: All you catch are speckled (pronounced "schpeckled") trout! |
