Tri State versus Earleigh Heights

Anyone been to both and would be able to compare and contrast ?

Thinking about going tomorrow but if it does not approach Earleigh Heights I may not want to put in the close to hour and a half drive....

Thanks.

Pasadena show is much larger than Tristate but in my opinion Tristate may be a little better. Tristate has a more homey feel with lots of both new and used vendors. Enough new vendors to keep prices competitive in fact they will be the same or better that Earleigh Heights. Much better atmosphere to meet and talk to fellow fishermen both recreational and charters.

See you there tomorrow, I will be in Tylers Tackle Booth.

I've never been to TS...I get most everything I need at EH. That said...
Do you need more fishing equipment? Then GO.
Do you NOT need more fishing equipment? Then DONT GO.
You have nothing better to do? Then GO.
You got something better to do? Then DONT GO.

I hope this helps....

Any more questions?

I'll second this. This is a fun time.

I'll third TS......there can be some very good bargains on used equipment......more of a true flea-market feel as opposed to EH being mainly commercial vendors.
I still go to both every year......and a few others....
