Any Big-Eye Tips??

With the new BFT regs out, I am looking for a Big-Eye to win the upcoming Tuna-Ment. Do you guys have any tips or tricks on how to specifically target Big-Eye? Do you catch more big-eye fishing for bluefin or yellowfin? Fast or Slow? Spreader bars or ballyhoo?

Thanks, Jeremy

Jeremy, bigeyes are tuff to figure out and when you stumble upon them its a gift from above. They will bust your gear into pieces and a lot of the time they are lost at boatside when they get a look at the boat. Most times you will have multiple hook ups, thus the wolf pack reference.Good Luck out there and be safe !

Thanks. We picked up one YF Thursday last week at the Washington. No big eye. Getting ready for the Tuna-Ment!
