Intriguing Rock Fish Recipe
 

Well not really a recipe. Most of you know I'm a "foody"

Had a good meal last night of grilled rockfish. Wish I had the recipe, it was delicious.

They kept the skin on one side, brushed olive oil and assortment of spices. Mostly pepper. What made it over the top was the " bed" it was place on. Whole snow peas, diced celery root and partially chopped Radicchio, torn into, manageable pieces you didn;t have to cut to eat. REALLY good !

Another twist on raw oysters, they added small pieces of Frisee lettuce on top. Added some bitterness and a small crunch to the oysters. Interesting, and I'd order it again.
