Anyone going to brave the massive impending snow storm and make it to Tri State on Saturday morning ?

I may go went to Frederick last weekend, spent a ton.
I know Marty is suppose to be there working booth for Capt. John while John is so Kent island show. I'll give you a shout later in the week, maybe we can car pool. How's the belly?

Shoreboy6 and No Ragrats and I are planning on hitting Tristate first thing then going to Kent Island on the way home and telling John how much stuff Marty was giving away!! :eek: :D. Of course Tristate is weather dependent- not saying I'm scared of snow, but it the forecast is correct, I will be WAAAAAAY too hungover from falling off the wagon to get up early to get any deals. Since I don't need ANYTHING, I kinda hope it snows it a$$ off! See you there!

Capt Steve Goins of Stormy Petrel Charters is splitting the table with me - I think he will be selling some of his excess gear including some reels.

Cooler mats. They sound interesting. If I get there, I'll look at them.

If I brave the elements to show up, is it safe to assume that if I buy the spot tank, I can come to Deale and you will fill it up every trip?? :D

Jeff - the key to keeping Spotfish alive is to keep them calm and mellow - I have found 1/2 pint of Fireball per gallon of water keeps them them happy.

I talked to Ashley yesterday, she said Dawn and the owners are meeting this morning (Thursday) to decide if they were going to postpone it or not. She said her "woman's intuition" was that it would in fact be postponed due to weather. She is supposed to call after they make a decision and I will post what I hear this evening.

Hey, you might be on to something!! Fireball at 50:1 might actually let you remember stuff the next day!! I just may have to try that while snowed in this weekend. :D

Hey Tawn, how much fit cooler mats! I can use one to put under cooler on the new deck. Consider one sold if it's big enough for a 162qt. Please hold because I doubt I'll make the show if it's this weekend!

Dawn just called me at work - they have called it off due to the weather and do not plan on rescheduling it this winter.

Guys, I received all your PM's - I got caught in a rum squall with some friends once I got home while practicing our meteorological forecasting skills. - we are counting on the Fed Govt being closed tomorrow, otherwise, I am sorry, your tax dollars are wasted on us tomorrow :D

I will look at the stuff over the weekend, take measurements and answer all PMs by Sunday :)

Government contractor and weather you work or not I will still be in one of the Obama properties performing my HVAC skills in order to keep govt employees nice and comfey. I can only hope it runs into o\t so I can still bill them while I sit in 8 hrs of traffic getting home.

Cooler Mats
 

Looks like I have seven Nantucket Cooler Mats. All in excellent condition.

Four are approximately 20" x 28" and retail for $13 at Bass Pro Shop

Three are approximately 24" x 38" and retail for $20 at Bass Pro Shop

I will sell the 20 X 28s for $5 a piece and the 24X38 for $10 a piece.

I also have a blue 30 gallon barrel. No lid and unrigged (no holes drilled in it).

One picture is of the one I am selling. The other is a rigged one I am showing just as an example of what you can do with one - It is not for sale. It was purchased new, unsed - not from a car wash or food plant - it has only been used as a spot tank once or twice. I will take $30 for it.

I live in Huntingtown, MD - between Prince Frederick and Dunkirk in Calvert County.. Local pick up only. If we as a group have a get together like Marty has set up in the past, I could always bring the items to that for pick up.

I would like to put in a bid for the washer/dryer in the background:D

Evidently they are faulty. There is some un-diagnosed, mechanical problem that prohibits my wife from operating them. The dishwasher has the same issue. :) I'd make somebody a good wife!!
