Mike; come clean
 

Ok, so I'm standing on my pier at my maarina and I see Mike's boat going slowly up to the headwaters of Bodkin Creek. I figured he was just out for a ride, and I waited for him to come back the other way. I never saw him return. He must have gone looking for some big perch at a place I know.

So come on Mike; how was the fishing?

Full moon is Weds - bet the Carp are up there spawning.

Marty we were out in that storm and got BLASTED with hail. Came in and dried off for a few minutes then went back to play with the perch for a while. There was a lot of crap out on the bay in between the storms; I can't imagine what it was like after the second one.

The Perch fishing was ok, but nowhere near as good as usual.

Worst part is that my last 5 days have been all tied up in my sister in laws wedding and generally being out of town...Think I am going to try and make Tuesday work, and then my next time out might be Friday...June started off great, then the graduations, weddings, family gatherings....all started to go off...

And as Scott said, the perch were ok...Not great...Still looking for the lost stripers that we have been into in the past, in you know where....

I did get a couple dinks at my marina though, so they are back there...
