You may want to call Lowrance and see if they can offer any help, if not call a pro. I used a guy named Craig White of Chesapeake Installers to install my Garmin 4210 plotter, radar and fuel module. He has all the certifications and is a good guy and reasonable. He will be in Edgewater Sunday if you need help.

At least yours turns on now. My father just got rid of his for a flow scan unit.

Check the wiring to the sending unit in your fuel line.

If you have it on a trailer slide in next time by. I can take a look at it. I have a lot of experience with them, but with that experiences comes the realization that often they just don't work.
