Anyone else fishing tomorrow 12/18

Going to be out tomorrow a.m. fishing with Mlag. Trying to sneak in a trip before the white stuff shows. I think the plan is to ply the waters somewhere well below TPL. He usually monitors 68. Anyone else planning to fish tomorrow?...Don

light winds and before a storm.. I hope you guys bang em out,

I have a lunch meeting and company Christmas Party tomorrow night.. Besides I still dont have lights up outside my house yet. My wife would kill me if I fished.

Dont mind me if I call you tomorrow to see how you do :p

I was trying to get on with Gbuckner tomorrow on a charter out of PLO, but looks like we dont have enough people to make it happen. Too bad because with the approaching front and calm winds, it looks to be epic!!

Wait a minute, you mean you will be participating in pre-season C/R? Or is it actually post-season?

Don,

Fishermans dream weather...We absolutely spanked them today. 7.5 hours of nonstop 30-36''ers on topwater, swimbaits, BA's, BKD's and metal. I was afraid to put my fingers in the water in fear of the rock eating my hand. No boats and calm winds. Let it snow so I can heal.

If that Carrot Stix can survive the UBBB tourney on crockets reel without breaking, it will never break! :D Yours had to have been tampered with or something along those lines. Get it replaced, if it happens again you have legitimate grounds for a CS boycott

Yea the guys at the reel counter are the guys to ask. Josh is the one to ask about reels if you don't feel like doing your own research. He seems to be the one everyone else asks if they don't know an answer to your question :D

Very slow. Caught one 39.8 fish. FF was pretty lifeless, except for some bait on the western edge in about 73' water that eventually rose to within 35' of surface. Water temps were about 44* during the outgoing. Only trolled for a few hours. That bite taking place down south sounds off the hook...Don

Hockleyneck 12-19-2009 07:06 PM

Wow, water temp off Breezy on the 15th was between 48 and 49. That is a big change, what was water temp fom some of the other guys around 78 and 78 A on the 15th?
