Sad news - Charlie Hutchenson
 

Got an E mail with sad news.

Charlie Hutchenson passed away last night.

Charlie did more - IMHO - about Menhaden in our bay then anyone. I met him about 15 years ago at a hearing in Va. Charlie put his heart / soul into working with MSSA trying to stop Omega from taking too many Menhaden.

E mail did not give any details - I'll post something later with the viewing / funeral details.

Be a nice gesture to attend - Charlie deserves a nice send off. I know he lived over near Cambridge.

I met Charlie at a Dorchester MSSA meeting. His expertice on the menhaden issue will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family.
