Topless crab traps???

Looking to buy top less traps.. I have seen a few brands, but they seemed flimsy, and poor quality.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Almost all of the ones sold around here are made by the same 2 or 3 companies and unfortunately they all seem pretty flimsy.

I used to put a 3 ounce weight under the bait to help the trap sink faster and hopefully with a better chance of the sides all falling where they should.

Can't say that it definitely helped, but I'm sure it didn't hurt either.

It seems the name Foxy comes to mind from a few years back anyway. I never owned them but I recall from other sights that they were supposed to be the "must have" brand. And if you're going topless, don't you want people asking, "aren't those Foxy??" :D

Clyde's hooked me up... They had the best price around.. Now my girl wants to run a trotline, too.. I've created a monster...

Thanks for everyone's input.
