Snake Reef and Bodkin Point

Had to make a few minor repairs to the boat this weekend...Replace trim tab switches, etc....

Got out with my oldest son from about 7:00 till 9:00...Not a lot of time, but it was all I had...Wind was against the tide and not the most fun but we made the best of it....

Ended up with 2 dozen or so fish...catfish, white perch, and croaker...the hardheads were only up to about 12 or 13 inches but on the ultra lights we were using they were a blast...

6 to 10 foot of water, using gulp and fish bites...Tried rattle traps and spoons for a while and got no stripers or blues...Not even a bite...

Back to work this week....:( hopefully I will get out Friday mid afternoon through the evening...

Good luck to all this week...

Ps if any of you see any blues north of the bridge, let me know...Really want to put a few on the boat...

Mike
