Question for all of you...I need an extra pair of cheap trolling rods/reels....

Found a pair of Penn 190's for a little more than the price of the rods themselves....Mariner 6 foot rods....

Not going to catch 4 to 5 foot stripers where i fish and I use the penn 9M's and 209m's now....

Should I grab the cheap pair or stay with the 209's ? Which I like a lot....

Mike; Clydes Bait and Tackle in Landsdown will be having a weeklong sale starting March 5th. They will have penn 209's on 6 ft trolling rods for 65 dollars. The rods of course are not much, but they worked for me all last year without problems. They will have better combo's for sale as well. Check them out. Marty

SOLD....Thanks for the heads up....I love the 209's so I will get there and make the purchase on Friday....A good way to celebrate my birthday.....

Have them spool it for you as well. All mono will be half price, power pro is a couple cents cheaper than usual.
If you are close, stop in on Wed or Thurs and they will have it all spolled and ready to go for pickup on Friday.
