Change the chain to 15 feet of 5/16" chain. Change the anchor size to 18 lb.
Stainless chain would look good on the Judge.:D

Some places with hard bottom you need the weight to set the anchor...

You may want to call DNR and ask, but I believe a tail squeeze is the correct way to keep yourself out of trouble.
