Thanks to Jim's quick response and advice I will be ordering the Lowrance 522C igps with the Lowrance PD-WBL shoot thru hull transducer. Fishing was my primary concern, so thanks Jim.

What's the feeling out there for Northstar electronics, particularly the Explorer657 combo? I'm on inland lakes and "need" GPS with some fishfinding capabilities at a reasonable price, Also want ease...
