That makes me laugh. A couple of my friends and I stopped in there today for lunch and a couple cold ones. As I was walking across the parking lot a guy aproaches and says, "Are one of you guys named Marty?" He was about 6'2" and for a moment, I paused and almost pointed to one of my other friends because my mind was racing and I was straining to see if I recognized his wife  .
But the Judge hat I was wearing gave me away and I "fessed up" to being myself. Turns out it was Scott (Spot77)  . Whew, that was close  .

I tried to put on my "friendly" face but my wife says even that turns rattlesnakes into butter.
She works on Nursery Rd and Howards has been a family favorite for years, so meeting her for lunch there never breaks my heart.
The beef bbq special was pretty good and I ended up getting such a big serving that I had the other half for dinner.
