Give South Shore a call in Severna Park.
Larry works on most outboards and might be able to fix it.
Most outboards are similar in design and basics apply to all of them.
Air , spark and fuel. Might be as simple as a clogged fuel line.
Not to be a wise a$$ but check to see if the engine has a fuel shut off valve.
I've seen smaller outboards have these - idea was to prevent fuel spillage if engine had to be laid down to transport.
Most times - valve handle will be in line with fuel line when open. 90* across fuel line should be closed.
