It seems odd since biologists reported to ASFMC juvinile striped bass populations are down, 70% of striped bass sampled had lesions the entire atlantic breeding population is down plus the poaching in the EEZ is almost unenforceable & yet they approved an increase of commercial harvest.
A statement made by the CCA chairman of the atlantic fisheries commitee that (ASMFC as an agency has lost it's way).
