Default Trolling 10/11

With the success we had on Friday, we had to go out again today. We took Allan (justchillin) with us since he had off work for Columbus Day.
Went south of Sandy to the same spot we hit Friday. High tide near 7:30 so we hit the last of the incomming and found birds with breaking fish underneath (small rock 17-19 inches and one big blue). Alan caught the blue so we didn't have to worry about Lou "lipping" it.
We had to sit out the tide change (seemed like forever today), but once the tide started to run, we were done in two passes. Nicer grade of fish (24-26) and all rock. We had our 6 in the cooler and made one more pass just for fun. Had multible hookups, everything hooked in the lips so we tossed them back and moved out of the way to allow a charter to fill his limit.
Came home and cleaned fish, drank a few beers, ragged on each other while we cleaned todays catch, had a good day.
I'll be working on my mom's apt. we are adding to the house on Tues and Wed. If the weather holds; get out and get some fish.
Same lures as last week (#15 tonys and small 1 oz and 1/2 oz bucktails with 4 in twister tails). Some of the fish spit up small baby allwives!!!! This is the first time they weren't eating small glass minnows or silversides.
Have fun, 5th (Marty)
