She's running well on her own fuel system now! Bye bye portable tank.
I replaced all the fule lines, primer bulb and water separator filter today. Out 2.5 gallons of fresh gas into the empty fuel cell and started aqueezing the primer bulb.
Nothing. Bulb wouldn't get firm.
Then I remembered some people saying that this happened sometimes, so I stuck my head way down into the bilge and I could hear fuel being picked up when I primed it.
Turned the key, held the choke and she fired up. Ran rough for the first 4 or 5 minutes then settled into a nice idle.
I started mounting the new trolling motor today. After that and a new pair of seats she's ready for some bassin'. Or Perchin'. Or Pickerelin'.
She's peeing nicely.
