Marty, I liked my previous ones, I truly love this one. I avoided the "ball" technology for some reason or another, and now I regret it. It literally glides. With hardwood, a lot of area rugs and plenty of tile, it works on all really really well. They shortened the canister, which sucks, but I'm willing to empty twice.
