Best day north of bridge. Took an old friend, Will(75 yr) and Lou out of Bodkin Creek.
Spread:
1) Ctr rod 2oz inline 200 ft
2)StrBd rod 4oz 120 ft
3) port rod 8oz 100 ft
4)StrBd rod 12oz 80 ft
5) port rod 16oz 60 ft
6) dipsey diver 15 ft deep
7) dipsey diver 20 ft deep
Ctr rod had #17 tony all other rods #15 tony's
Boated 15 fish most 25-30 inches.
Fished from 2 pm to half hour before dark.
Fished mostly 18-30 ft of water.
After trolling about 12 fish, trolling rods went away and boated 3 bubba's on 6 inch bkd's and ran the old guy all around the boat with us holding on to his belt from behind (to help with his balance).
Had to lift the motor out of the water to keep from breaking off the fish in the prop. It had him all over the boat. Biggest smile you ever saw.
After three on light tackle, he was done; and so were we.
I have to retie all my tackle and replace some hooks on the #15 tony's (bent to hell).
Great evening for all.
No sea lice, but I was definately looking on such big fish.
GET out ON the WATER. It's Happening NOW.

Nice job Marty. With 225 years of experience on that boat, I know you would do well. and nobody had to leave the nursing home early. Thanks for the report and details!!............Gary
