Now...the catch in the net, and intention.
The catch is Bull Minnows. They will catch White Perch, Yellow Perch (resident in some Rivers..don't know where you are), Pickerel, and will accidently catch Rock. If targeting the small fish you are allowed a 1/2" gap between the barb and shank of the hook. Noone will believe you are targeting Rock with a #4 hook.
The catch is White Perch. OK...great for catching Rock before the Spot show up. You better be using a Non-Offset Circle Hook targeting Rock.
