Even that probably won't work. As Skip says, look at diesel fuel. There is less of a need for it, and costs less to produce (less refining), yet it cost more than gas. There is no way we are going to "beat" the oil companies.
Maybe if gas gets to $5 a gallon, we could go "Egypt" on the whole administration.
