IMHO - The population of Rockfish in the bay is much lower then 5 years ago.
There are still fish around but no where near like it was just 5 years ago.
A 6 to 9 vote shows others are concerned.
At least it appears to be a good 2011 YOY - hopefully we see better catching in 4-5 years.
