. How dare you catch and kill all those fish. Maryland's DNR estimated < 1 % of the fish were killed during Catch and Release, HOWEVER, one of the charter boat captains (Brian?) testified that ALL of the slot fish he caught several years ago died when released.
Since DNR restricted our C/R season; they must have gone with Brian's theory

Let me know the next time you are fishing. I will anchor up downcurrent and just net the dead fish floating to me as a result of your irresponsible actions
