Default Rain/Fishing

So how is this rain going to affect the fishing

Sorry; I just had to do it. Usually, after a long extended rain someone on Tidal Fish always asks this question

As if we know. However, beside seeing some really high tides which bring all of the flotsam off the shore and grasses down from the Susky; it should lower the water temps

I know there was still a lot of bait up in the rivers with temps hovering around 75 degrees. I get excited when we break the 70* mark and fish water temps in the 60's.

I have been pretty bored with all this rain. Beside doing all the laundry, vacuuming the house, doing dishes, and watching all the ME TV shows (like Perry Mason, Laramie, Gunsmoke etc.); I worked on some fall tackle in the basement

I'll be removing the spoons from the spreader bars (blues should be leaving the upper bay) and dragging more Storm shads off umbrellas and spreaders.

I'll let you know if the blues are still around. Just listen for Lou on my boat to be cussing if the tails are being bit off

It looks like some low wind conditions coming up. Watch out for debris but get some lines in the water. Report back with your success/failure.
