When the boat is in the driveway, all loaded up and ready to go, I crank the trailer's front wheel down to take pressure off the springs of the truck. I then lean a block of wood against the trucks brake so it has to be removed in the morning before I drive off
I haven't left the driveway without cranking up the wheel
