Default Using F&$@ed up bucktails

I tried using bleach to clean some of my bucktails. That didn't work as well as I exected. Will using the head and a shad still produce?

Joe, I really don't know the answer to your question. I guess it all depends on how big of a gap your bucktail hooks have. However, as long as there are small silversides and peanut bunker around, I don't see why 6 inch twister tails wouldn't work.

When Sassy Shads first came out and before parachutes - I used plain 7/0

leadheads with 6 inch white / black back shads and did very well. Trolled them

with in lines from 8-20 ozs. Then I got fancy and used them on bucktails.

Once parachutes came out - I got away from plain heads but sure they'll still

do fine.
