After three hours of close examination - I finally noticed she was on a boat
I really hate winter.

Looks like a Cahoe minnow more then a BA or BKD.

whichever it is, I'm sure it's plastic

To me, BA's are soft and supple to the touch, while BKDs are more rigid and firm. As such, a final determination requires a hands on test, if you can arrange such a test....I'M THERE!!!
