FYI, Charlie is doing great. He fished with us for a couple hours last Wed. Morning. We left Deale at 7am and picked Charlie up on Tilghman around 7:45am. We trolled the Chop. for a couple hours and had to drop him back at the pier around 11am because he had to do a television spot

Although he could only fish a few hours with us, it was just great to have him back on the boat again.
Charlie is remarkable. Never once, did I hear him speak negatively about his situation. He was always upbeat and confident. I'm sure that helped in his recovery. I'm not sure I would have handled it as well.
I am really looking forward to many more days on the water with my good friend. He is an inspiration to us all. Having worked in the Health Care/Laboratory field for 32 years, I knew all to well the seriousness of his illness. He certainly had an angle on his shoulder throughout his ordeal.
