Let me check my math.

The dam is about 80 years old.

The sediment resevoir will be overflowing in about 20 years.

So we've waited until 3/4's of the usuable life of the resevoir was up before deciding to study the problem more?

I like some of the ideas here....they're KISS ideas.

Pump it out, load it on a train, ship it to WV to fill in the tops of the mountains cut apart by the coal mining industry. Everyone wins.

Now, will someone more educated than me please chime in with why this would or wouldn't work?

Has anyone here fished above the dam? How much fishable area is there before hitting the PA line?
