Sorry Phil - had to do it.

We had a fat 36 incher that one of my crew claimed to be 40 inches.
I can eye ball them close so the fish was put on the ruler real fast.
They teased me by sliding the head way off the end so it appeared to be close to 43.

Took a quick photo - then I remembered your picture.

You'll get one - hopefully this year.
You understand to join the 40 inch and over club - you buy us all a drink.

I can assure all that when Phil lands that 40 incher, he will let out a yell that will sound across the Bay!!

Phil......That citation fish is headed up the Bay and you are going to be the former president of the 39 7/8 inch Rock Club after you land it!! Then the drinks are on you!!!! Lots and lots of drinks!!!!

Been there had it happen on 11/8/07. I don't fish the bridge anymore.
