Gee that sounds familiar. I had my ho at the wheel today and said "we want to make a SLOW turn to the left" while I put out some additional rods. I was watching the caribeaner slid down toward my board, and it was going great. I took a quick look at the prop wash and could tell we were in a substantial turn (of course my board was on the outside and was pulling just fine). However, the inside board was dead in the water; all baits down in the mud and dirty. Sh*t; I just put that side out
. Oh well; start all over again, and point the boat dead south to stay in deeper water and no turning until the spread is out
.
I'm trying Ches Beach tomorrow. The water off Kentmore was full of susqahanna grass and plastic bags
on the outgoing tide. Looking for cleaner water down south. Maybe Bloody Pt was ok; never got down that far.
I'll let you know if it's CB on Wed for us. Give me a call tomorrow. You have my number from my "environmental" card, right
.
