Oh of course, all political decisions are made within the law, ethically, with no bribery, extortion, etc. Politics (and that's what this is) are completley clean. Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrreee...........
I do seem to recall a thread where you stated that exactly what is happening was not happening, so I'm guessing that the data you said did not exist for this to occur manifested itself out of thin air. You are obviously very defensive on this subject, I guess I would be too when C&R was attacked only to up commercial quotas. Gotta save the spawners so the comms can kill them in the ocean!
