Default July 3rd Annapolis Mid-day

Despite questionable weather and some choppy seas, my son and I got out of Annapolis for a few hours of scouting yesterday mid-day. Spot were easy to find and in a perfect size for live lining. We had 2 dozen very quickly. However we had to move around a bit to find the rockfish. We ended up catching 6 rockfish to 24", nothing big.

Saw Skip out there who was out in the morning and he found a tougher bite despite the hot and heavy action earlier in the week too. Of course He managed his fish as he always does.

Happy 4th of July!

Thank you for call to get the Spot.

You missed all the fun in the morning - 3/4 tabs down and ran 3,000 RPM at 21 knots. Kept windshield dry but coffee cup had whitecaps

South 15 against strong outgoing never fun.
