CBBT this w-end?? Anyone else going??

We're gonna give it a try!!! All LTJ on structure. Gonna shoot for Friday- Sunday. Gotta get some work done on Thurs to make Fri happen. Hope the wxman will give us a BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was supposed to go this past weekend but the family schedule and obligations have me dont just day trips locally this year before christmas.

Same here Greg. We only have 2 more opportunitys to get our lines wet before 12/31. I know we can go in Jan, but that wx window gets smaller and smaller during that month...we dont "plan" for anything then, just shoot for "spur of the moment" trips.

Maybe, just maybe. The problem for me is that the fishing is so good here, it's tough for me to make the run and open up the wallet. That being said, it's to jig them up here now.

It's almost easier for me to throw a few jigs and rods in the boat and make the five hour drive, than it is for me to do the whole trolling thing here now.

Planning to head down with Josh Kaptur (Saturday and Sunday). Same thing, LTJ.

Anybody have any good reports. Last I heard, WP was saying that the bite was finicky. But that was a few weeks ago. It looks like the eelers are doing ok. But id love to hear a nice LTJing report.

i can't go any weekend before new years(all booked), but looking to make trio or two before xmas, during the week. have a great time down there!

The fishing has been pretty good close to hoime. Save a few bucks and go locally then put your boat away for the winter so I can get mine in there. I may try Bloody Point on Sunday for the last trip of the year; no CBBT for me this year. Sunday's weather not looking great, but that's why I got a cabin. Call me about storage. Jeff

I've thought about sticking around here...seems that there is only a trolling bite up north and you know how much I love bay trolling...with the wx window, we're not sure what we're doing yet...but we're going SOMEWHERE!!! I'll call ya about the storage issue!
