Default Found dem sumbiches!

Some of you may recall that I posted here looking for eels in/near Solomons. I hadn't heard anything back, but today I heard from a friend who passed my request to JJ's (previously Bunky's) in Solomons. They went completely out of their way to source eels for my outing on Saturday and have decided to stock eels on a trial basis. Their first "shipment" will be availabe starting this Friday at a price of $1.50 each.

JJ's address and tel # are:

JJ's Tackle Shop
14448 Solomons Island Road
Solomons, MD. 20688
Shop: (410) 326-2793

I've been supporting JJ's since they made the conversion from Bunky's and they continue to impress me with their level of customer service. This experience is the icing on the cake.

Look out for my eelin' report this weekend!

Thanks for posting. I will take photos of the eel rigs I use with pool noodles in a bit.
