Default Third Time's a Charm.......

Just got the news....a man living aboard his boat at Podickery Point fell in the water......not once.....not twice, but THREE times.

Apparently he fell in, climbed out and then went overboard again. Managed to get back on his boat and.....yup.....fell overboard AGAIN. Had to have Paramedics work on him the third time.

They said he wasn't drinking either.

His body temp was 83 degrees.

Damn, been there...Tough to fall this time of year....At least when I kept falling in, it was a lot warmer and I had a beer to help me float.

Yeah a gut full of foam will do wonders for one's buoyancy

Yeah, I only get the info that the first responders get. Might be more to the story that comes out at the hospital.

At or around 86 degrees the body starts the hypothermia process, including becoming incoherent, which this poor man definitely was.
