Got a chance to get out to some deeper water...Pulled in 50 Mahi and I was able to reel this nice yellow fin...Made for one hell of a dinner...
Followed whales until we got the hit on the Tuna...On the down side we had a huge marlin surface right near our baits and he decided to pass....
Followed that up by a first time kayak trip on the soundside of Hatteras...Was a blast, never done the kayak fishing thing before...Was able to pull in croaker, spot, pinfish
, a nice seatrout, and grunts....Not too bad for a few hours...
I love fishing in Carolina....So much more to target, but I can't wait to get back and start the search for fish in our home waters...
